Here’s the updated return and exchange policy including the damaged product refund clause:

 


 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – Gymstero

You may return any product purchased from gymstero.com for a refund or exchange within 3 days, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Only products purchased from Gymstero can be returned through this process.

EASY RETURN:

  • Contact Gymstero Customer Service via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

FAST EXCHANGE:

  • To exchange a product, contact Gymstero Customer Service on WhatsApp or email with your request.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product.

  • Gymstero will not cover shipping charges for the replacement product.

 


 

DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURNS:

  • If the product arrives damaged, you can return it.

  • For Refund and Exchange of Damaged product the Customer Must return the damaged product. 

  • The return delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

  • Once we receive the product and verify the damage, we will process a full refund, including the Return Delivery Charges.

  • Customers must contact Gymstero Customer Service before returning a damaged item.

 


 

FULL RETURN & EXCHANGE DETAILS:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method if the product is returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • All returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Gymstero reserves the right to refuse a return request if the item is opened, used, or not in acceptable condition.

  • Customers must return the product to Gymstero before a refund is processed.

  • Gymstero is not responsible for lost or missing return packages. Customers should use a tracked shipping method when returning items.

  • No returns or exchanges will be processed without prior approval.

  • Refunds are processed within 5 working days after the returned product arrives at our warehouse.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • This policy does not cover normal wear and tear from product use.
