We appreciate your patronage and interest in shopping at www.gymstero.com. Please take note of the following guidelines that make up our policy regarding shipment:

Processing Time

Expect 3-4 business days for order processing, please be advised orders will not be shipped or delivered during weekends or holidays.

In some cases where we receive a high influx of orders, there might be slight delays with shipments but rest assured it won't exceed a few days beyond normal expectations. We ask you to kindly bear an additional number of transit dates before final delivery is made. Please check email frequently as delaying circumstances surrounding your purchase may require us contacting  via mail .

We offer worldwide free shipping with the exception of overnight delivery. Although rare, there may be instances where delays in delivery occur.

Tracking Order and Confirmation of Shipment

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email which includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number shall become operational within 48 hours.

Taxes, Duties and Customs

 

Any customs and taxes applied to your order are not the responsibility of Gymstero.com. The customer is accountable for all fees, including tariffs and taxes imposed during or after shipping.

Gymstero boxing gloves cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred during shipment. If you have received a damaged order, kindly contact the shipment carrier to initiate a claim process.

Kindly keep hold of both packaging materials and any damaged goods prior to submitting a claim.
