You must confirm the size within 24 hours so that we can customize it accordingly. If no response is received from you, we proceed with creating gloves based on your original order details as stocks are not kept on hand.
Once our team has inspected and approved your returned item (typically done within 72 hours), exchanges will be processed promptly and delivered within approximately two weeks while refunds will take seven days after processing time upon receipt depending on the issuing bank's payment mode used up thirty-nine business days. Credit card issued by banks undergoes varied periods before reflection.
Please note that personalized items cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances ,and shipping charges back are paid solely by customers unless stated otherwise through communication channels accessed during purchase transactions.
